Mr. Williamson brings over 20 years of successful experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, Management, Development, Acquisition and Finance with properties all across the United States as well as the countries of Mexico, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Additionally, Mr. Williamson was an executive in the Real Estate division of the Four Seasons at Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. He has acted as the Central American Real Estate Investment Advisor for many North American based Institutional Real Estate Investors as well as hundreds of Private Investors, and currently serves as the President/CEO of Virtus1 Real Estate in Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica.

Mr. Williamson also sits on the Board of Directors of the Charitable Organization “The Doit Foundation” (www.doitfoundation.org). This foundation has purchased, assembled and given away thousands of wheelchairs to children in need all across Costa Rica.

 

David Garcia - Director

Raised in New Jersey, Mr. David Garcia is an experienced bilingual Architect with ample knowledge in the design, management, and construction of Residential Projects.

He has served previously as a Head Architect and Project Manager for a 5,700 acre project in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, with a total investment of over 120 million dollars that included multiple tasks of design coordination, budget, and timeline for each project of more than 1,000,000 square feet of construction.  In the same project, he performed also as the Project Coordinator of a Golf Course Residential Project designed by the number one Golf Design firm in the world, Nicklaus Design. With an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, state of the art Club House, and a Residential Community of over 1,800 living units, ranging from single family lots to condominiums.

Mr. Garcia graduated from Catholic University in Colombia South America, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Architecture. He continued his education by earning a Diplomat degree in Bamboo design and Green Construction from Catholic University in Colombia, South America.

Mr. Garcia has taken over as Director of Sunstruck Homes to launch an evolution in Costa Rica's design and construction sector through the creation of sustainable homes. His focus is on utilizing and exploring products that are environmental friendly, capture natural energy, reutilize water, use solar heating systems, and create an amicable relationship between humanity and nature. His commitment to launch this evolution has taken him to lead design and construction projects in San Jose, Alajuela, Bocas del Toro (Panama), and the most recent project, the Guanacaste Country Club.
